Air New Zealand lifts full-year profit forecast

In 2021-2022, the company reported a loss before taxation and significant items of NZ$725 million. “Looking ahead to the 2024 financial year, the airline remains mindful of the uncertain economic environment it is facing,” Air NZ said. “With more capacity entering the market in coming months, fares are expected to moderate from their current peaks.”
