Qatar Airways close to acquiring minority investment in Virgin Australia local media exclusively reports

Qatar Airways and Virgin Australia’s owner, Bain Capital, are believed to be nearing a deal that will deliver 20% of Australia’s second international carrier to the Qatari global airline, the Australian Financial Review reports, adding the sale could be announced as early as next week.
