Cebu Pacific accepts A320neo from Airbus Final Assembly Line in Tianjin

On June 31, Cebu Pacific took delivery of an A320neo from the Airbus Final Assembly Line in Tianjin. Read More » The A320neo, registration RP-C4138, is the LCC's first aircraft from the China facility. It was ferried from Tianjin to Manilla as flight 5J4148 using a blend of 41% sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and 59% standard jet fuel. “We are thrilled to welcome this delivery, which is a major milestone for Airbus and Cebu Pacific,” Cebu Pacific CEO, Michael Szucs, said. “This is in line with our fleet plan which aims to support our overall growth ambitions as travel demand continues to recover.” The A320neo is Cebu Pacific's eighth new aircraft delivery this year. Fifteen aircraft are scheduled to join the airline’s fleet in 2023 including five leased airplanes.
