Cathay Pacific reintroduces limited downtown check-in services after three-year break

The service was available until late evening pre-pandemic. “The corporation will continue to communicate with other airlines about resuming in-town check-in service, aiming to enhance convenience for travellers,” MTR said. Check-in facilities at two Kowloon stations remain suspended.
