Jetstar Airways will commence Melbourne-Nadi on December 16 to cater for end-of-year Australian Summer holiday demand. Read More » The Qantas Group LCC plans three flights a week on the route operated by A321LRs. The airline flies Sydney-Nadi at present. “Since relaunching Sydney-Fiji, there has been strong [Fiji] demand from Melbourne travellers. From December, they will be able to fly direct,” Jetstar chief customer officer, Alan McIntyre, said. “We thank Melbourne Airport for its support of the new route.” Fiji Airways and Virgin Australia fly nonstop Melbourne-Nadi.
