BOC Aviation has named Thomas (Tom) Chandler as chief operating officer with responsibility for Technical, Procurement, IT, Legal, Transaction Management and Compliance and Insurance Departments at the lessor. Formerly BOC Aviation’s deputy chief operating officer, Chandler succeeds David Walton, who retired on June 30 after nine years with the Hong Kong-listed company.
