Asiana Airlines to launch optional carbon offset scheme

Asiana Airlines will introduce a voluntary carbon offset program for passengers and corporate customers by year end. Read More » Customers will be offered a link to the voluntary carbon market platform “AORA” for purchase of carbon credits to offset emissions from their flights. The South Korea-headquartered carrier has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the non-profit Climate Change Centre to support the introduction of the scheme. Asiana also has established an environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) management team.
