The European Union Aviation Safety Agency granted Aviation Industry Corporation of China's 19-seat Y-12F turboprop its type certificate on July 13.

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) and consultancy, Atkins, have launched a digital toolkit for airports to calculate the embodied carbon associated with the construction of terminal buildings and aviation assets.

Plana Aero has signed a Letter of Intent and Memorandum of Understanding with South Korean commercial air carrier, Hi-Air, for 30 hybrid-electric advanced air mobility aircraft, the CP-01, with deliveries to commence in 2030.
