TransNusa selects Kuala Lumpur as first ARJ21 international route

Indonesia’s TransNusa has scheduled its ARJ21 fleet on its first international route, with the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China-assembled aircraft to fly Jakarta-Kuala Lumpur from July 24. Read More » The ARJ21s are replacing the A320s that have been operating the route. With the change of aircraft, TransNusa will increase its schedule between the two cities from double daily to four times a day. TransNusa CEO, Datuk Bernard Francis, told reporters the combined outcome of the schedule change and the aircraft swap will be a 12% expansion of capacity on the route.
