MRO provider, AAR Corp.’s net profit rose 14.6%, to US$90.2 million, in the 12 months to May 31 from US$78.7 million a year ago. “Our hangars are expected to remain largely full throughout the year,” AAR CEO, John Holmes, said.

ATR has signed a five-year global maintenance pay-by-the-hour contract with Bangladesh’s US-Bangla Airlines for MRO and pooling of line replaceable units. The agreement includes the availability and maintenance of propellers and leading edges for the carrier's eight 72-600 turboprops.

ST Engineering, in a LinkedIn post, has announced it has signed a Letter of Intent with Air New Zealand to retrofit the Star Alliance member's 787s with the carrier’s “skynest” sleeping pods.
