Tasman Cargo Airlines reapplies for Australia-Hong Kong traffic rights

Read More » In its application to the country’s International Air Services Commission, TCA said it planned to commence flying the route, with 767-300 freighters, in the northern hemisphere winter 2023 season. Pre-pandemic, “TCA had been awarded international frequency rights to operate to Hong Kong, but it had to rescind them due to COVID-19 restrictions”, TCA CEO, Kim Rasmussen, said in the application. “Now, we are in a position to raise the request again and start operating as soon as all approvals are in place. We believe TCA can service this market effectively for the mutual benefit of all parties sourcing air capacity on these sectors.”
