China Eastern Airlines and Turkish Airlines forging closer ties

China Eastern Airlines (CEA) and Turkish Airlines have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance their Special Prorate Agreement (SPA) and seek the necessary approvals from regulatory authorities for “further major steps”.
