Nok Air increased losses to US$71million in latest fiscal year

Thai LCC, Nok Air, booked a net loss of 2.6 billion baht (US$71 million) for the 12 months to December 31, 2022 against losses of 1.4 billion baht in the previous year. Read More » Revenue climbed by 17.5%, to 7.5 billion baht, Nok Air said in a regulatory filing. “With the post COVID situation improving and passenger numbers steadily increasing - from 1.3 million customers flown in 2021 to 4.98 million air travellers in 2022 - the business recorded strong revenue growth,” Nok Air said. The company faces potential delisting from the Stock Exchange of Thailand because of late lodgement of its financial statements for calendar 2022.
