Capital A, the parent company of AirAsia group carriers, among other businesses, has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Aetherium Acquisition Corp. to establish Capital A International and list it on Nasdaq. Read More » The new company aims to generate revenue from brand loyalty and leasing aircraft, Capital A said. “This is a coming-of-age moment for Capital A, which has morphed from AirAsia into a low-cost, value driven aviation and travel services group in five entities of which the first to come to the public market will be Capital A International,” Capital A CEO, Tony Fernandes, said. “In recent years, the ASEAN region has emerged as one of the world’s most dynamic and fastest growing economic hubs. Yet there are limited vehicles for global investors to participate in the vibrancy of this pivotal market.
