Capital A’s MRO provider, Asia Digital Engineering (ADE), has received European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part 145 Maintenance Organisation approval.

Lufthansa has concluded the sale of 131 LSG Sky Chefs customer service centres in the Asia-Pacific, the U.S., Latin America and other emerging markets as well as retail expert, Retail InMotion, and SCIS Air Security Services, to private equity group, AURELIUS. The transactions for the sale of the non-European companies in the LSG Group were announced in April. LSG Group's European businesses were sold to gategroup in 2019.

Spirit AeroSystems has reported a net loss of US$204 million for the three months to September 30, a deterioration from a net loss of US$128 million in the same months in 2022. Revenue increased 13%, to US$1.4 billion, Spirit AeroSystems said in a regulatory filing. “Our priority is to strengthen Spirit financially,” new Spirit AeroSystems CEO, Pat Shanahan, said. “Signing the Memorandum of Agreement with Boeing was an important step forward. In parallel, the Spirit team is focused on meeting our customer commitments, improving operational performance and commercial conversations with Airbus.”
