MYAirline confirms six of its leased aircraft fleet deregistered

Read More » The carrier has denied media reports all 10 of its aircraft were deregistered. “Out of the 10 aircraft previously under MYAirline's management, it has been confirmed six aircraft have been deregistered by our lessors,” MYAirline said. “This action is consistent with standard industry practices aimed at safeguarding lessor assets. Presently, four aircraft remain registered and continue to be managed by lessors and assisted by MYAirline's Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO).” MYAirline said it is actively engaged in discussions with lessors and intended to retain these aircraft once the recapitalization process is concluded. The company is continuing discussions with potential investors to fly the airline again, it said.
