Lufthansa Technik subsidiary, flydocs, has signed a five-year contact with Cebu Pacific to "digitise and automate processes of daily records and asset management of its fleet" of more than 80 aircraft.
Spirit Aerosystems has announced a capital raising seeking up to US$200 million from a public offering of new shares and up to US$200 million from the sale of notes due to mature in 2028.
