Archer Aviation and InterGlobe Enterprises, the parent company behind LCC IndiGo, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to launch and operate an all-electric air taxi service in India in 2026. The partnership also planned to finance the purchase of up to 200 of Archer’s Midnight electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft for operations in India.

China Development Bank Financial Leasing Co said it had received approval from the Shenzhen Office of the National Administration of Financial Regulation regarding its US$123 million capital injection into its wholly-owned subsidiary CDB Aviation, which meant all conditions precedent for the transaction had been met.

Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) has competed an aircraft crash and rescue exercise at its new north runway to test the airport's readiness to respond to emergencies, which involved about 1,000 people from 20 organisations and government departments, as well as Hong Kong Airlines as the participation airline.
