Last week, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore hosted 17 civil aviation regulators from across the Asia-Pacific and representatives from the Advanced Aircraft Mobility (AAM) and Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) sector at an inaugural meeting intended to raise awareness of new technologies, regulatory approaches and practices for UAVs and develop policies covering the fast emerging aviation sector.
Passengers at Sydney Airport are being offered Google Maps indoor live view service at all three terminals to locate and be directed to ATMs, baggage claim, bathrooms, check-in counters, dining options, gates, retail outlets and terminal transfer points.
