Asiana boosts Sydney schedule

Asiana Airlines has added two more return flights to Sydney from its Seoul Incheon hub. Read More » The new flights were due to commence on December 31 and have been scheduled as a day flight from Incheon and an overnight service from Sydney. They will join the Star Alliance member's existing daily rotation to Australia's most populous city, which is an evening departure from Seoul and morning departure from Sydney. Five airlines offer nonstop flights between Incheon and Sydney – Asiana, Jetstar Airways, Korean Air, Qantas and T'way. The additional services to Sydney followed Asiana's recent announcement it was starting twice weekly Incheon-Melbourne services on a seasonal basis, with the route to commence on December 26 and run through to the end of February 2024.
