GE Aerospace’s segment profit rose 11%, to US$1.6 billion, in the quarter to December 31 2023 compared with the same three months in 2022, parent GE said in its latest financial report. “GE Aerospace is driving growth with robust demand and operational improvements, climbing even higher in 2024,” GE said.

Pratt & Whitney Canada has unveiled a mobile charging unit capable of charting high power batteries up to 1,500 volts as part of parent RTX's hybrid-electric flight demonstrator project developed with the National Research Council of Canada and the Innovative Vehicle Institute.

Travelport has signed an agreement to deliver new distribution capability (NDC) content from Spain's Iberia through its Travelport+ platform.
