Japan Airlines announces London Heathrow as third A350-1000 route

Japan Airlines (JAL) has named London Heathrow as its latest A350-1000 destination. Read More » The oneworld alliance member commenced A350-1000 flights between Tokyo Haneda-New York JFK earlier this month and has scheduled Haneda-Dallas/Fort Worth as its second A350-1000 route. In its latest update, JAL said its four-class A350-1000s, fitted with six first, 54 business, 24 premium economy and 155 economy seats, will begin flying Tokyo to Dallas Fort Worth and London Heathrow in full-year 2024-2025. The airline’s fiscal year runs from April 1 to March 31. JAL is adding flights from Haneda and Osaka Itami to Sapporo New Chitose to meet strong tourist demand and increasing Haneda-Ishigaki capacity with the introduction of 787-8s on the route.
