All Nippon Airways retires its first B787-8 from service

Today is the last day of flying for All Nippon Airways (ANA) 787-8 registered JA801A after almost 13 years of scheduled operations. Read More » The aircraft was ANA’s first 787 and also the first of the type to fly a commercial schedule. On its final day with ANA JA801A is operating two rotations: flights NH861, 864, 865, and 868 between Tokyo Haneda and Seoul Gimpo. The aircraft will be transferred to AirJapan and enter service with the new LCC in mid-April.
