Korean Air resuming four routes as part of international expansion

Korean Air (KAL) said its international network capacity, measured by available seat kilometres (ASK), was expected to reach 96% of pre-COVID-19 levels in the 2024 northern hemisphere summer scheduling season, with flights to four cities to resume next month and frequencies added to existing routes. Read More » Nonstop flights between Seoul Incheon and Zurich were scheduled to resume with three services a week on April 2, while Incheon-Zhangjiajie (three times a week) and Incheon-Zhengzhou (four times a week) were taking off from April 23 and April 24, respectively. KAL was also bringing back daily Busan-Bangkok Suvarnabhumi service on April 25, while more weekly services have been scheduled from Incheon to Bangkok, Budapest, Dallas/Fort Worth and Manila. "Korean Air will continue to monitor seasonal elements that affect demand on its expansive global network to provide optimal schedules and enhance customer experience," KAL said.
