Bhd., Dharshaan Elite Investment Holding (Pvt) Ltd, FITS Aviation (Private) Limited, Hayleys PLC, Sherisha Technologies Private Limited and Treasure Republic Guardians Limited had responded to a Request for Qualification (RfQ) by the government’s April 22 deadline. The Ministry of Finance's State-Owned Enterprise Restructuring Unit expects the successful bidder’s acquisition of SriLankan will be completed by September.
