Today's briefs report news from CDB Aviation, Elbe Flugzeugwerke GmbH (EFW), MRO Japan (MJP), Honeywell, Lilium and Turkish Airlines. Read More »

Elbe Flugzeugwerke GmbH (EFW), Centre of Excellence for Airbus Passenger-to-Freighter (P2F) conversions, and MRO Japan (MJP), a leading player in Japan’s aerospace MRO has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate in passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversions. The MoU terms state MJP will act as a subcontractor for EFW in P2F conversions and provide third party conversion services for the latter’s A320P2F/A321P2F programs. MJP will be Japan's first conversion site for new-generation Airbus P2Fs.

Lilium has selected Honeywell to supply propulsion unit position sensors for its jet.

CDB Aviation, a 100%-owned subsidiary of CDB Leasing, has agreed leases with Turkish Airlines for six 737 MAX8s and one A330, increasing CDB Aviation’s MAX leases with the airline to 12.
