ANA HOLDINGS lifts annual profit by 75.6%

Operating revenue increased 20.4%, to 2.1 trillion yen, a regulatory filing showed. “We are grateful for our team's relentless dedication to delivering the highest levels of the customer experience and for the trust passengers place in us. It helped drive our financial achievements,” ANA executive vice president and group chief financial officer, Kimihiro Nakahori, said. “These results illustrate the efforts undertaken in the last few years. They are now part of our mid-year strategy to position the ANA Group for growth.” ANA forecasts operating revenue to be 6.5% higher, at 2.2 trillion yen, in the current financial year to next March 31, but for net profit to decline 29.9% to 110 billion yen in the 12 months.
