Emirates Airline predicts air travel demand to remain strong

Read More » The airline posted a net profit of 17.2 billion dirham (US$4.7 billion) for the 12 months to March 31, up 63% from a 10.6 billion dirham net profit in 2022-2023. Revenue at the Dubai-headquartered airline improved by 12.9%, to 121.2 billion dirham, parent Emirates Group said in its annual report. “Because we were able to move quickly to deliver what customers want, we achieved tremendous results,” Emirates Group and Emirates Airline chair and CEO, Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, said. “As always, we will keep a close watch on costs and external factors such as oil prices, currency fluctuations, and volatile environments caused by socio-political changes.”
