Singapore Airlines delivers another year of record profits

Read More » The record result was boosted by a rebound in air travel demand in North Asia after China, Hong Kong, Japan and Taiwan re-opened their borders post-pandemic. SIA’s revenue also was a record result for the carrier, hitting S$19.01 billion for the 12 months to March 31, representing growth of 7% year-on-year. Passenger traffic expanded 27% for the 12 months and group passenger load factor improved 2.6 percentage points to a record 88%. Demand for air travel remains healthy in first quarter 2024-2025, supported by a strong pick up in forward bookings to North Asia and Southeast Asia, the airline said.
