T'Way adds Barcelona and Rome to European network; plans Frankfurt and Paris

South Korean LCC, T'Way has commenced ticket sales for new European services: three times weekly Seoul Incheon-Rome from August 8 and three flights a week Seoul-Barcelona from September 11. Read More » The destinations will join the LCC’s existing service to Zagreb in Croatia that began on May 1. T'Way added it is preparing to fly to Frankfurt in October and Seoul-Paris now it has received approvals for the routes from South Korean and French regulators. The LCC will operate A330-200s on the new rotations with wide-bodies fitted with 18 business and 228 economy class seats. Both business and economy passengers will have two meals included in the cost of their tickets. T'Way's expansion to Barcelona, Frankfurt, Paris and Rome was a condition the European Commission attached to its approval of Korean Air's proposed acquisition of Asiana Airlines.
