Boeing has named former Australian diplomat, Penny Burtt, president for Southeast Asia, effective from July 3. Read More » Burtt’s diplomatic career has included postings to Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Most recently, she was head of public policy and government relations for the Asia-Pacific at financial infrastructure company, Stripe. She will be based in Singapore.

China Eastern Airlines (CEA) said Tang Bing has resigned as a director of the company “due to work relocation”. Tang's resignation as director, chair and a member of the board's planning, development and digitalisation committee was accepted by the CEA board on June 18 with immediate effect.

Australia Pacific Airports Corporation (APAC), the owner of Melbourne and Launceston airports, has appointed Christine O’Reilly as board chair. She will succeed Peter Hay, who will retire on October 1 after completing his five-year term as chair.
