AirAsia has joined the industry advisory board of hybrid-electric aircraft company, Heart Aerospace.
Aviation finance company, Avolon, is acquiring Castlelake Aviation, which has a portfolio of 105 aircraft on lease, commitments for 13 new aircraft, two engines on lease and nine loans. The transaction is scheduled to close in first quarter 2025.
Thai Airways International and Thai Aviation Industries have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to develop an aircraft maintenance business.
