Boeing has agreed to pay Embraer US$150 million for terminating a planned merger of the two aerospace manufacturers. Read More » Embraer took Boeing to arbitration after the U.S. OEM walked away from the deal in 2020, two years after it was formally announced. “Pursuant to a collar agreement recently entered into by the parties, Boeing will pay the gross amount of US$150 million to Embraer,” Embraer said in a regulatory filing.
