Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia) has approved an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of AirAsia X (AAX) shareholders where the proposed acquisition of Capital A Berhad’s aviation business will be outlined. Read More » If voters approve the deal, it will bring the company closer to forming a new aviation group that will include AirAsia Aviation Group Limited and AirAsia Berhad. AAX will convene the EGM in approximately three weeks, it said. “Bursa Malaysia’s clearance marks a pivotal milestone as we finalize this transformative acquisition.
