Korean Air boosts international network

Korean Air (KAL) has increased capacity across its international network for the upcoming northern hemisphere winter scheduling season. Read More » The schedule changes included adding a second daily service to from Seoul Incheon to Nha Trang and Phu Quoc in Vietnam, lifting Incheon-Bali to twice daily (from 11 times weekly currently), Incheon-Taichung to daily (from four flights a week) and Incheon-Kagoshima to daily (from three to five flights a week). There were also frequency additions to Las Vegas (to daily from five times a week) and Vancouver (two twice daily from January, compared with between seven and 10 flights a week now) in North America and Madrid (up from three to four flights a week) in Europe. "Korean Air’s international network capacity for the winter season is expected to reach 100% of pre-pandemic levels," KAL said. "The airline remains committed to adjusting schedules based on seasonal factors and market demand to provide passengers with optimised services."
