Airbus booked 235 aircraft orders in September

Airbus received gross orders for 235 aircraft in September, lifting total gross orders for the first nine months of 2024 to 667 airliners. Read More » The September commitments were underpinned by an order for 80 A320neo family aircraft from CDB Leasing, 70 A321neos from Cebu Pacific and 75 A320neo family aircraft from an unidentified customer. Net orders year to date were 648 aircraft. Cancellations for the month stood at 19 aircraft, unchanged from August. The Toulouse-headquartered group delivered 50 aircraft - four wide-bodies and 46 narrow-bodies - in the reported 30 days. Deliveries to customers for the nine months to September 30 numbered 497 aircraft.
