The Supreme Court of India ruled on November 7 that Jet Airways be liquidated ending the airline’s five-year insolvency process. Read More » Three judges of India’s highest court said the Jalan-Kalrock Consortium, the winning bidder for Jet had failed to implement its revival plan and “contravened the terms of the resolution plan”. As a result of the ruling, a Mumbai bankruptcy court will appoint a liquidator for the failed international carrier.
