Today's briefs report news from Air India, HAECO, IPS Intelligent Passenger Solutions, Pratt & Whitney Canada, SITA, Swiss AviationSoftware and Zhuhai Technician College. Read More »

Air India has selected Swiss AviationSoftware to supply an end-to-end MRO software system to support its fleet growth and operational reliability.

HAECO and Zhuhai Technician College (ZTC) are to collaborate on joint training courses that initially will cover tool usage, basic craftsmanship, sheet metal work, avionics fundamentals and safety protocols.

SITA has completed the integration of IPS Intelligent Passenger Solutions, which sells self-service kiosks and related technologies, into its airports business. The company will be known as "IPS a SITA company".

Pratt & Whitney Canada has launched a project to demonstrate hydrogen combustion technology on its PW127XT regional turboprop engine that is being supported by Canada's Initiative for Sustainable Aviation Technology.
