Japan-Singapore air travel to return to pre-pandemic volumes in 2025

Read More » The two aviation regulators said seven carriers operated 165 weekly scheduled passenger flights between Singapore and Japan this month, about 90% of pre-pandemic schedules and up from 70% a year ago. "Air travel between Singapore and Japan has recovered strongly in the last year,” a joint statement issued after the recent 3rd Singapore-Japan Dialogue on Aviation Collaboration, said, adding they expect air travel between the two countries to fully recover in 2025. The two regulators agreed to expand air connectivity, aviation safety, air traffic management, aviation innovation, unmanned aircraft systems and advanced air mobility and encourage production of Sustainable Aviation Fuel.
