Cebu Pacific denies it will retire AirSWIFT turbo prop subsidiary

Read More » In response to a Philippine Stock Exchange query, the LCC said it had explored potential integration of the AirSWIFT brand into the group and that integration remains a possibility, but “no definitive plans or timelines have been formulated at this stage”. "Should there be any developments or material updates on this matter, the company will ensure timely and transparent disclosure in accordance with applicable regulations," it said. In October, Cebu Pacific paid 1.75 billion peso (US$30 million) to Ayala Land Inc. for 100% ownership of the turboprop carrier.
