Air Lease Corporation said it sold 14 aircraft and delivered 18 new aircraft from its order book during the three months to December 31 2024.

BOC Aviation reported commitments to purchase 14 aircraft in the three months to December 31, 2024, lifting total commitments for calendar 2024 to 47 aircraft. It delivered 13 aircraft in the quarter and 38 for the year. “We continued to focus on the long term sustainable growth of our business in 2024," BOC Aviation CEO, Steven Townend, said. "Our collection rate exceeded 100% for the third year running and aircraft utilisation remained above 99%. Notably, all of our aircraft were on lease at year-end."

China Eastern Airlines has agreed a new long-term agreement with Travelport covering distribution of the carrier's new distribution capability content.

DHL Supply Chain has announced the acquisition of e-commerce returns solutions provider, Inmar Supply Chain Solutions, from Inmar Intelligence, for an undisclosed sum.

DB Schenker commenced cargo flights between Ezhou in Mainland China and Frankfurt in Germany on January 7 2025, with the 777F freighter operated by Etihad Cargo via Abu Dhabi..

Embraer reported 73 commercial aircraft deliveries for 2024, which was within the company's guidance of between 70 and 73 aircraft and an increase of nine from 64 deliveries in 2023.

India-headquartered LCC, IndiGo, said its 54 weekly flights between India and Sri Lanka placed the airline as the largest foreign carrier serving Sri Lanka.

Malaysia Airports Holdings said in a regulatory filing the closing date for acceptance of the proposed takeover offer from a group led by AmInvestment Bank had been extended to January 17 2025, from January 8 2025 previously.
