TransNusa to enter competitive Perth-Bali fray

Read More » A fourth rotation is to commence in April followed by the introduction of a daily schedule in June. “Bali-Perth is a golden route as the highest number of tourists to Bali almost every year are from Perth," TransNusa Group CEO, Datuk Bernard Francis, said. "Hence, the demand for this route is equally significant." TransNusa will be competing in a crowded market with Batik Air, Batik Air Malaysia, Citilink, Indonesia Air Asia and Jetstar flying between the two destinations. “We look forward to working with the TransNusa team as they increase their capacity into Perth in the next six months and also look for other opportunities in the Western Australian market," Perth Airport chief commercial and aviation officer, Kate Holsgrove, said.
