Malaysia Airports extends deadline for takeover, lowers acceptance conditions

Read More » A regulatory filing added the airport company had lowered the acceptance condition of the takeover from 90% of issued shares to 85%. At January 17, shareholders representing 86.51% of Malaysia Airport's issued shares had accepted the takeover bid price of 11 ringgit (US$2.45) per share.
