HAECO Component Overhaul and Panasonic Avionics have extended their Repair Service Agreement (Authorized Repair Centre in the Chinese Mainland), for another five years reinforcing a partnership established in 2011.

The European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has certified the Safran Electric & Power ENGINeUS 100 motor, the first electric motor certified to power new air mobility.

STARLUX Airlines and Viasat have launched enhanced IFE on board their aircraft with Viasat’s high performance in-flight connectivity (IFC) solution. The phased rollout of Viasat’s high-speed, reliable in-flight Wi-Fi service will be installed on STARLUX’s entire fleet of 48 aircraft: A330-900s, A321neos, A350-900s and A350-1000s.

Air Astana has become first carrier in Central Asia and the CIS to participate in the International Air Transport Association (IATA) CO₂ Connect Initiative.
