Atlas Air has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with SATS Limited and Worldwide Flight Services to expand global cooperation and leverage the networks of each other.
Britain’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is investigating Safran’s protracted acquisition of an actuation and flight control system unit from Collins Aerospace, the antitrust regulator said on February 18.
Nordic Aviation Capital’s (NAC) shareholders have approved the company’s acquisition by Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE). DAE will acquire 100% of NAC’s outstanding share capital at a transaction value of more than US$2 billion including outstanding debt.
