Vietjet dispatches relief flights to Myanmar to support post-earthquake rescue operations

Read More » Two Vietjet aircraft, an A330-300 and an A321, touched down in Yangon on March 30 carrying 106 rescue and relief personnel from Vietnam’s armed forces, trained search and rescue dogs and more than 60 tons of essential aid supplies. “Vietjet is always ready for special missions,” Vietjet CEO, Dinh Viet Phuong, said. The 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck Myanmar on March 28. More than 1,700 people have been killed in the natural disaster with hundreds missing and thousands injured.
