Japan Airlines re-opens international lounge at Chubu Centrair

Japan Airlines (JAL) has opened the doors to its Sakura lounge at Chubu Centrair Airport in Nagoya for departing international passengers after a five-year break. Read More » The lounge, which has capacity for 128 guests, was closed in March 2020 when the pandemic’s impact shut down JAL’s global airline operations. The oneworld alliance member has redesigned the Centrair lounge interiors and expanded its food and beverage offerings to include specialties and customer favourites. “JAL is committed to providing convenient flight options and unforgettable services to guests from all over the world, including fresh and delightful lounge experiences,” it said. Other oneworld alliance members serving Chubu are Cathay Pacific and Finnair.
