Batik Air Malaysia has chosen Bangkok Don Mueang as its first international route from Kuala Lumpur Subang. Read More » The Subang-Don Mueang service will take off on July 28. At present, Batik Air flies Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to Bangkok Don Mueang. In addition to the new rotation, the Lion Air Group carrier also will start daily Subang-Kuching in the final week of July. “We are proud to be at the forefront of Subang’s transformation into a modern, city-based hub,” Batik Air CEO, Datuk Chandran Rama Muthy, said. “Bangkok is just the beginning. Subang offers a smart, time-saving alternative to KLIA. We believe it will play an increasingly important role in Malaysian aviation.”
