Air China and Cathay Pacific have set up a New Framework Agreement to expand their collaborative transactions including broader scope to cover each party’s 30%-controlled corporations. By broadening the framework to cover these transactions, the New Framework Agreement enhances operational flexibility, improves management efficiency and supports the deepening partnership between Air China and Cathay Pacific,” the airlines said in the joint statement. The agreement encompasses interline arrangements, code-sharing, joint operations, aircraft leasing, frequent flyer programs, airline catering, ground support and engineering services, cargo handling services and other products and services.
