Scoot to introduce more routes and add seats in key markets

Scoot, the 100% LCC subsidiary of SIA, will launch Singapore to Da Nang and Nha Trang and to Kota Bharu in the final quarter of the year. Read More » The three times weekly Da Nang A320 flights will begin on October 20, with the schedule to be daily by December. Singapore-Nha Trang will be operating five times a week by January 2026. Singapore-Kota Bharu will be flown twice a week from October 26 with E190-E2s.

Subject to regulatory approvals, Scoot also will launch from its home hub to Medan and Labuan Bajo in Indonesia and Okinawa in Japan in time for the peak Northern Winter 2025 season. Additionally, the LCC will progressively build Singapore-Perth to double daily from August and to Sydney later this month. "We will continue to seek new opportunities for growth and expand our footprint in the region to connect our customers to more destinations, new adventures and unique experiences," Scoot CEO, Leslie Thng, said.
